Takes a month to get an appointment. Have made multiple complaints about attitude and conduct of staff. Head nurse scratched me with a needle when taking blood and barely batted an eyelid when I told her about it. Overall, I have enough reason to stop devaluing myself and staying with this practice.

I have been with this practise for over a year now. Each time I require a prescription they have had to do it manually as the system doesnt allow them to print one for me. This is usually a three day process where I have to explain each month what will happen and then wait for the receptionist to get confused about why she cant give me the prescription. No one has ever tried to figure out why this happens. I cant understand why they wouldnt want to reduce the work load and sort this out. The doctors are a bit hit and miss. On the odd occasion Ive had a good appointment. Most of the time its clear the doctors are just there to dish out medication and not try to get to the root cause. I think this is a common problem with most surgeries these days. Update: All appointments since have gone well.

Worst practice, they seem to answer then hang up the call. Reception are awful.
