        Really recommend this place for a laid-back shopping experience. No sales people following you around, pressured up sells etc. It was our first PCP deal and we were supported by Charlotte who went out of her way to make our purchase as easy as possible. Responding to our queries quickly, super informative, honest and friendly. We'll definitely go back the next time we need a car!

        Recently bought a car from CarStore and I couldn't recommend them enough. From beginning to end Callum couldn't help me enough not only with selection but also with making sure the car was ready to collect when I needed it. A brilliant shop with lovely staff that made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you again to Callum.

        Danny helped me get a Audi A1, he gave amazing service and kept me very well informed on everything with my purchase, I would highly recommend working with Danny and will be coming back to him for my next one. UPDATE: Today (13/04/2023) I spoke to a representative due to a fault with my rear parking sensors, these did not work when the car was purchased, after a year of waiting for confirmation from the store that their lifts were built so they could deal with the fault and multiple emails and calls, I was advised that I would be charged for this as the guarantee I paid for does not cover the parking sensors that have not worked since the car was purchased. Don't waste your time buying a car without full confirmation everything is working at the time of purchase as your sale is all they need there is no concern for faults that are discovered after you've signed that dotted line
