        I have been visiting the salt cave at Milton Keynes for quite a few years now and Linh runs it so well, always spotlessly clean, professionally run but with a nice personal touch and always greeted with a lovely smile. As for the benefits of the salt cave, there are not many alternative treatments that you feel an instant benefit from but this is an hour spent relaxing and walking out with a clearer more open chest and also a feeling of cleansing which is hard to describe but I would thoroughly recommend you try it.

        Such a fantastic place to relax! I first went being quite skeptical but wanted to see what the experience was like, not thinking much of it. I literally felt like a brand new person after coming out of an hour session. The chairs are like clouds and the room itself is an absolute haven. Happy Ive been able to book more sessions and when I move back to the area I will be coming here regularly.

        By this time of year I would have endured 2 or 3 Sinus infections but am very pleased to report that my sessions have meant a sinus infection free winter.
