We took our van if after booking and not only did they not fix what the problem was, I.e drive shaft, new tyre and brake light but they also said the clutch was going. Not one phone call to ask if we wanted it fixing. After 3 days we finally got through to them and they said they haven't done anything at all as they didn't know if we wanted it doing. Of course we did! This is a work van! I am not impressed at all and will not be taking any of our vehicles back. Communication is key if you wanted to know simply pick up the phone.
