Overall, an easy experience to book both virtual and in-person appointments for buying a new car. Sometimes I feel sales people are maybe more interested in pushing certain cars or finance/insurance options, but it was easy enough to request a car with the exact specs I needed. Delivery was also very fast (~1 month) and I was kept up-to-date on the progress. Only slight concern I had was that some parts of the process were quite rushed, e.g. when signing documents or paying the final lump sum of money. It was suddenly go-go-go and sometimes you're busy with other things too, so this could maybe be organised a bit better, for instance "you will need to sign x, y, z documents before we can do the next step and it should take this amount of time." Sales staff were also friendly and approachable. One issue I had with Rybrook for my previous car was that I had an engine warning light on and rang up to query this and was told it was just an MOT light (MOT was due in a couple months). I remained unsure, so even rang back and rang the original Mini dealer I had bought the car from (not Rybrook) and got the same reply. When I took it in for the MOT I was told it couldn't be done due to the warning light! Reception staff should not be giving advise on technical issues if they are not aware. I can't complain too much though as although my car was under warranty so the main repairs were free anyway, MOT was also free and I wasn't charged anything. Still not too sure why, but happy either way!

Always Happy with the level of service provided by Rybrook Stratford and the Staff. In patricular, Ethan from the parts department, who has helped me out with information and sourcing parts on multiple occasions now. Couldn't reccomend them enough!

Customer service was okay. However, I was charged 350 for diagnostics, and was then quoted 4500 for repairs. I took my car elsewhere as the prices were extortionate, and turns out, they didnt even figure the correct problem out. I got my car fixed for 100 and it is now running perfectly and has no problems. All they will do here is completely take the mick and fob you off, youre better going elsewhere! I also have sent 4 emails in the past month, and have had no reply, hence why Im writing this review!
