I booked a course before lockdown Covid 19, March 2020. 10th August I received an email by Mandy with new date for 25th September. I mentioned that I was in furlough so I could not confirm whether I would be free on that date. I asked if I could be able to change the date if I have shift that day and if so, I was in. Mandy told me that there was no problem to change the date if need. I back to work in flexible furlough in early September, the policy of the company is notify shifts 48 hours in advance. Apparently we have enough bookings for weekend 25th September so they sent my shift Monday 21th September. I sent an email to the school as soon as I got my shifts and Jessica answer that it was too late because it is less than 1 week and if I want to re-book dates I have to pay 25 extra. I explained my situation and I have been told that other students knows their shifts in advance and if I notify my course to my company. This is NOT what I have been told in August. Mandy not mentioned any extra charge. I understand the school have a policy 24 or 48 hours before the course to charge extra money before Covid situation, but they NOT mentioned any limit or extra charge in August when I asked if I could change my course date in late September if I have a shift. I think this is not a good way to deal with students in a very special situation as Covid. Is not trustful saying something first and doing something different later. I have the feeling like the school wants to make the lost money during the lockdown at the expense of the students. Not with me. I wont recomend this school to any of my workmates if they wants to improve qualifications. Avoid!

I cant wait to go back and do another course! The trainer was very supportive and helpful. All the tools and equipment provided where professional. The room was large and lots of room to move about with lovely toilets and a kitchen. Parking is free and right outside. Highly recommend.

Lovely training course with lots of help given by the teacher. Very informitive. Full use of professional tools included. I have already booked by next course with Fusion and I would highly recommend.
