Had an air awning pole pop and visited Webbs on the very off chance of replacement. Despite understandably not having a replacement we had the good fortune to meet the most helpful & professional young man. He came up with a couple of work around and even offered some free guide rope string to assist. This was Customer Service at its best.. just sorry I didnt take his name (you know who you are) Webbs are very lucky to have you!!

Phoned to enquire about Safefill gas bottles , Stephen in accessories took the time to go and physically see which size bottle would fit on a stock van similar to mine. Gave me all the empty and full weights and answered all my questions. Not had that level of customer service for a long time.
