        AVOID BREWUK AT ALL COSTS. RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS AND NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT RETURN OR PROVUDE REFUND. HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        Said in store shop, visited the shop today 22 Feb to purchase wine kits. Got told have to order over the Internet then collect can'tpurchase over the counter. Think I'll order elsewhere.

        I've tried a number of home brew places and have found this one to be the most helpful, great range of products and at competitive prices. Won't be using any other home brew supplier.

        I made the mistake of buying from Brew UK before reading their reviews and then experienced the same as seen in other negative reviews in which the item never arrived and no refund was given (and general theme of terrible customer service). I had tracking proof that it had been damaged in transit (twice) and returned to Brew UK before ever being delivered to myself. They made excuses to delay the refund and then radio silence... Luckily I had paid through PayPal and had screen shotted all the tracking info and emails so PayPal closed the case in my favour and immediately refunded me. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from Brew UK.

        very bad company. I placed the order after 6 days, I wrote where the order is, it is written that I have not received it until today. so I do not advise to shop in this company, beware of thieves
