        Brand new defender keeps breaking down. Hendy is not able to resolve the issue even after repeatedly bringing the car into the garage. The service department doesnt take complaints seriously. Calls arent responded to. No after sales service whatsoever. Basically after selling you a luxury vehicle, Hendy stops caring. Avoid at all costs.

        I found the service department - Anthony in particular - to be very understanding of the need for urgency in my case. The car was fixed promptly and to my entire satisfaction despite a very tight timescale.
