I bought some cookies from hear excited to eat them later, they were rock solid. It was like eating a hockey puck.

I dont know why they have a sign saying that they are open 6am to 11pm because that is never the case they open when they want to and close when they want to. Worst is when you go there and someone is inside and they just blatantly ignore you while you stuck outside. So again why bother with a sign.

Shocking customer service!!! Was waiting outside until 6:05am (opens at 6am) in a hurry to get to work, saw the manager and another old lady shop worker talking a few feet away inside so I said hello to get their attention and I was completely ignored!!! Said hello a few more times over the next couple of minutes and eventually the manager opens the door. I said good morning to him and he completely ignored me!!! Got my shopping and went to the till, again waited there for a bit for them to finish their conversation, and went to the wrong till and I was told by the old lady shop worker over here (no please or thank you) just over here to the till she had opened. I left feeling like I had been an inconvenience to them and having that level of service from a manager, I was very disappointed.

Rubbish service and customer service from the manager the store closes 30 mins early i asked the manager why and all he could say was ring head office then started talking about me to another staff member and said its head office fault so i them and they then said they had no idea why there closing early and put me threw to the south head office that is closed who then told me to back round in the same circle ive just done i dont want an apology or anything they are offering all all i want is the to provide the service there offering
