        My wife has Dementia and is residing here, most of the staff are great polite caring and understanding I would recommend Avon bourn care home,

        My father has moved to Avonbourne and I cannot fault them. The care and attention they give to my lovely father is excellent. The staff are friendly, the home is clean and tidy and the food looks lovely. Very happy Father and very happy daughter

        This is a very unfriendly inefficient care home. My partner has dementia and also is lactose intolerant. Twice this was discussed with them but they still gave him access to chocs and biscuits and consequently he had a reaction. When he came back home he was very anxious and had an upset stomach. I later found out they had registered him at another doctors without telling me so I had problems getting his medication.
