Like many other of the one star reviews have said if I could leave 0 I would. Steer well clear of this garage at all costs, foolishly like others I fell for Dave's pitch of 'pay up front due to parts / head office '. Weeks later I finally had my van returned and less than 8 months later had complete catastrophic clutch failure Although these had allegedly been replaced a dave offering me warranty straight away dave launched into a line that would pay for the Labour if he decided it wasn't his fault and that the parts would be sent off to the 'warranty company ' although you never could quite give me their details could you dave ? Thank God I never fell back into the trap and although the extra cost got the van checked and parts replaced elsewhere, independent report on the work was that the clutch was still in terrible condition and the slave cylinder and parts could not of been replaced and have failed to that extent in such a short period of time. Dave you are a conman and I ask everyone reading this please don't fall for the slander comments/ can't find you on the system etc. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle since using this garage and I'm over 4000 out of pocket for original work and extra work carried out I have sent the parts off to trading standards and along with other people have still not received any refund off dave and correspondce has died out If you read nothing else read this- Don't be fooled stay away!!!!

Had new shock absorber fitted at very short notice, after which brakes made a noise, it was no trouble from the chaps doing the work to spend time afterwards to get sorted, i highly recommend this place as the whole team are a friendly crew and work was carried out to a good standard and fair price.

I Broke down in Alton whilst visiting relatives, radiator had burst, found trade tyres and called in hope they may be able to fit me in for a fix, I was informed they were very busy but would try there best to help, within the hour A pleasant young man called me and said he could come and have a quick look at my car to see what could be done, obviously I agreed and he arrived about 40 minutes later and confirmed the radiator needed replacing and there was a slim chance he could get one same day and fit for me, obviously I was delighted and agreed, he then left. Then about 3:30pm I had a message saying he was on way back to me with a replacement radiator which he duly fitted and refilled with new coolant and job was done. I call this excellent service and the price was more than agreeable, it is a shame I live so far away as I would not hesitate using this garage again, I can not recommend there service and customer assistance high enough it is of the highest quality anyone could possibly expect

David Hunt is a fraudster and thief. He takes money upfront for an issue that doesnt even exist and then refuses to refund you despite his countless emails and promises. Informed me I need a new engine in which I had to pay 3200 upfront and only refunded me 2000 now ignoring me for the rest of the refund. From day one this man has lied and lied through his teeth and blames it on his mental health condition. The car didnt need a new engine and the work required cost a couple hundred quid. It took him 7 weeks to do nothing with my car and kept on making excuses every week. He Claims he has nothing to hide but stealing money is something to be okay in his eyes. Weird considering he has been in trouble for this exact same issue before. Getting the solicitors and bailiffs involved as we have all the information and evidence about him to recover the costs. He will clearly lie about everything and make up random stuff but i guess why would a criminal admit to being a criminal.
