        First class service - from telephone enquiry through to collection ' Andy in Spares' was really helpful - my Land Rover was in a Main Dealer awaiting 'back order' parts - the parts in question were 2 x 2 Hex Bolts - a 2 month wait holding up a 3k repair - thankfully Keith Gott had one of the bolts and using skills I learnt from watching a "Yellow Page's' TV advert of the 80s I finally tracked down another - J R Hartley would have been proud. So yes 5 stars to Keith Gott - whilst I only bought a bolt it was clear from that experience the skilled work force were true professionals.
