If it was possible to give more than 5 stars we would. EVERYTHING a prospective patient could hope for in their surgeon is present in Mr Tom Lawrence. He has the remarkable ability to put people at complete ease, for many , this will be very important. He has a genuine warmth in his manner and is totally supportive and interested in his patient. Mr Lawrence performed a total reverse shoulder replacement and after many years of unbearable pain I am so happy to report that my husband is pain free. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Mr Tom Lawrence, his surgical team and the wonderful staff at BMI Meriden.

I cannot thank Tom enough, I owe him a lot. With his skills and expertise I have a fully functioning shoulder again! I had a bicycle accident in April 2019 where I fractured my Clavicle and had a posterior dislocation of the same shoulder. Quite awkward and painful! After returning home from A&E I saw Tom a few days after at the Nuffield Health Hospital in Leamington Spa. He was very detailed with this investigation of my injuries with X-Rays and CT scans where required. I always felt reassured I was in safe hands with Tom right from the start. He operated on me a few days later to install a Clavicle hook plate. The speed in which he operated on me was much relief to me and helped with my rehabilitation. Always had regular check ups with Tom post operation and he removed the hook plate in August 2019. With the help of physio and Tom's guidance I have been able to return to a fully functional shoulder in around 5 months! Thanks Tom.

I Lesley Wilson had surgery in may for a rotator cuff repair I would just like to thank Mr Lawrence for fantastic job and Steve for the physio my arm/shoulder is fine again thanks to their brilliant work and all the helpful staff at the Nuffield thank you

I have recently had replacement shoulder surgery with Tom Lawrence and I can wholeheartedly recommend Tom for this procedure. I fractured my shoulder in a motorcycling accident some 40 years ago which left me with some restricted movement and latterly I developed severe arthritis of the shoulder. A shoulder replacement was recommended to me and right from the initial consultation Tom inspired confidence, explaining his diagnosis in clear terms, and answering our questions with patience and understanding. From a simply examination of the movement, or rather lack of movement, in the affected shoulder Tom recommended an inverted shoulder joint replacement as the only option in my case and this was confirmed by subsequent imaging of the joint. The surgery was carried out by Tom at the Nuffield Warwickshire Hospital at Leamington Spa and has been completely successful. The care received from both Tom and the hospital has been first class and I would definitely recommend Tom if you have a shoulder problem.
