First class job, extra house points for perfect tiling; good value for money and willing to return repeatedly to accommodate the delivery failures of the kitchen supplier.
Dealt with snagging promptly. The occasional missed appointment should not deter from an overall first class job. The owner took a personal interest and would get stuck in when required
