I am 40 and have only written 2 reviews in my life but this one needed writing! Kevin has serviced our boiler for 5 years without issue, so this time we asked him to do some other work too. We REALLY wish we hadnt! He was very much in a hurry. Didnt replace the inhibitor in the system. Didnt balance or bleed the system after the work was done- I still have to do this now! He left it with the new radiator barely warming up and the upstairs ones making a loud rushing noise which now wakes our baby. We had no problems before this work but he blamed my system. After weeks of me asking, he came back but rudely said what do you want me to do about it? - when I suggested he try to diagnose the problem, within minutes, with either with no idea or no inclination to try (or both), he said, you know what, get someone else to fix it and left in a huff!! Truly shocking, unprofessional and not what you expect when you pay good money for someone whos supposed to know their onions.
