I have been training with Andreea twice a week for nearly 2 months. I've had back pain "up and down" through my whole life, and as someone who's always enjoyed sports and outdoors activities such as skiing, climbing, martial arts etc since childhood, I like to think that I have an overall decent knowledge of what makes a good sport teacher/trainer (and even from a medical point of view as I have seen a good collection of physios, ostheos, Chiros and others...) Andreea clearly has a very strong knowledge in her field(s), and is able to adapt each training session not only to the individual, but also to the day. She knows many variations of each movement for example, so she can adapt depending on the limitations of the persons, in order to always practice in the optimum way while remaining 100% safe. I can tell that her sport practice goes beyond the "training" aspect, and is backed up with excellent knowledge of physiology and biology... and on top of that, a great sensitivity to the notion of overall balance and the crucial link between the mind and body. All that with a simple, clear and modest attitude. I would definitely recommend, 100%!

Andreea is an excellent personal trainer. She takes time to understand your weaknesses and goals and provides well tailored and varied training sessions, that are effective and enjoyable. Andreea is the just the right combination of tough and sympathetic! I love training with Andreea and I am very grateful for everything that Andreea has taught me.

In one word Fantastic! I have been training with Andreea for over 10 months and not only have I been building back up my core strength and realigning posture, movements and motion but I have also gained a string personal connection; someone who I trust which is vital as a training partner. Andreeas value and ethos are a testament to how she thinks, approaches and delivers training programmes to her clients which goes beyond lifting a dumbbell or squatting for 60 sec. She mindfully scopes training requirements against the level of fitness, mood and mindset on the training day and adjust accordingly. I love our training sessions, we stimulate mind, body and soul! And I always feel invigorated and focused after our sessions, working towards my goals (being fitter, healthier and happier) thanks to Andreea.
