We hired Joe to do a new kitchen installation and it turned into a disaster. Joe was unable to even get basic things right, units and doors werent aligned, units damaged by screws and poor cuts, pelmets under units not put on properly, a filler panel just stuffed into gap and not secured, and he couldnt even get a corner to turn at 90 degrees. When highlighting things that needed to be changed, he twice tried to fob us off with other quick fixes. After the 2nd attempt of Joe trying to fix these issues, we lost faith in his ability to make the changes properly without further damaging our units, and having spent 000s on the kitchen, we decided to turn to another contractor. Overall, Joes approach seems to be to do the bare minimum as quickly as possible and wait for the clients to identify issues. He doesnt seem to care about accuracy in the slightest or be proud to present a good job at the end. Services: Installation, Paint indoors, Remodeling

I had an old fitted wardrobe that needed some serious upgrading and Joe was definitely the best carpenter for the job. Courteous, punctual, well priced and speedy. He spends time to make sure the design and layout would work well especially when it came down to ensuring all the drawers were accessible in relation to my original sketches and even went to the extent of coming up with a creative solution with the tracks to create a flush finish. Really happy with my new kitchen. After a horrible experience with some cowboys who left it incomplete, Joe and his guys have really helped get my home a bit more back to normal, dealing with problems as and when things crop up. The kitchen has been fitted with a high standard of workmanship. Can't rate Joe highly enough, he is restoring my faith in tradesmen.
