Edit: the item has now arrived, so not a fake company however there is no way to contact them so contact details on their website need to be updated.

        I have now found my item as it had got shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. I am not that impressed with the lack of response from the company when I couldn't find the item however the item is good quality and does the job.
