First time I had heating oil from this company, not a problem, 2nd time however, I ordered 200L on short notice, luckily he was only the next village down so could easily pop by and he said he would, I was 2 minutes down the road, he rang and asked if I was about, told him I would only be 2 minutes to which he then said Im running late youll have to do a card payment over the phone I said that was fine, I then got told to forget it, he hung up on me, passed him coming out my lane end, never stopped as he was pulling out on cars and cutting corners, I rang him back, assuming he had put 200L in my tank and left me the bill, he hadnt and with that he just hung up again, how rude! I assume it was because I was paying on card and not cash so he couldn't avoid tax!
