JOHNSONS OF OLD HURST

The place is nice, it's a shame that you can't stroke the rabbits and the goats at least, it would really lift the children's mood. The food is overpriced a bit. We've ordered hot-dogs in the outside bbq area, but they run out of mustard and the whole place didn't have any. On a bank holiday weekend when you run a business, you need to prepare all the food well in advance so that this doesn't happen.

What treasure. I was taken there by my son and daughter-in-law and had no idea what to expect other than a cafe. I was blown away by the whole shop and in particular the food section. Such a great selection. Didn't buy much this time due to keeping stuff cool for my journey home later in the day. So next time I'm going to be bringing my larger electric coolbox so I can sample some of the fresh meats. And the cafe was not bad either. We only had drinks, but they do cooked food as well as a selection of cakes. I'll be back.
