Abysmal service. Have used Green Thumb elsewhere before and been impressed, but this franchise team is awful !!!!
They miss their planned dates and don't explain why.
Couldn't get them to answer the phone. Like the other review I read here.
We had to cancel our direct debit to get their attention. I asked for proof they had done the service and they threatened me with sending Debt Collectors. She even said that debt collectors are unpleasant in an attempt to threaten me !
Don't touch them with a barge pole would be my recommendation Service: Weed control
