John, carried out a complete clean up of my laptop. He resolved my Outlook issues, which Microsoft support had failed to do. He installed a solid state drive onto my laptop and cloned all my data. This was all carried out to my satisfaction in a timely manner. He also helped me clear up some apps that were no longer in use of not required. I would thoroughly recommend the Computer Doctor.

My laptop broke and Jon repaired it and got it working much better. He replaced the drive and the original fan which had been an issue since I got the laptop. My drive was damaged and hopefully Jon can send it away and it can be recovered. I was very happy with the service and the price was more than fair for the work he did and I'd be happy to use Jon again

John did a fantastic job bringing my Toshiba laptop back to life - thank you! It's better than it was when I bought it. Would have easily paid twice as much and more for another laptop with a similar spec. You can be confident your tech is in great hands with him. Highly recommended

I can't thank John, The Computer Doctor enough for his professional help and kindness when my computer got hacked. He saved all my data and photos, replaced the hard drive, installed new antivirus after a thorough clean and then reinstalled all my data . John kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone with computer problems. Job well done. Definitely 5 stars from me .
