        Rang the day before to double check an item was in stock that I urgently needed for the following day and I was told I could come the next day at 8am to pick them up. I arrived the next day at 8am like agreed, and was told he didnt know how to invoice until other staff start to arrive at 9. The item was literally sat on the shelf in view and they wouldn't let me buy them. Absolutely wasted my time. The chap wasn't interested in helping or finding a solution.

        An amazing "family run" business. nothing is too much trouble for any of the team at all purpose. They go out of their way every time you need something that isn't listed. from obscure items to run of the mill, they always deliver the goods.
