Bought a buggy from this bunch, its been used 3 times and now broken, engine runs but no drive, idiots on the phone trying to diagnose something they cant see. Stay well away from these products or you will be conned!

Scooter stopped working after 5 months (it was used every day) they repaired under warranty. They are friendly and helpful gave lots of tips on maintenance would recommend you consider if you are contemplating electric bike scooters and buggies

Update! Now I can't speak to manger they will no replace or refund. Seriously please do not waste your time with these people. Now I have to go and fork out more money for another scooter when this one isn't even 3 months old. Please do not fall in to there trap you just end up on the phone constantly they will give you no help at all!! Do not order from this site Shocking customer service Scooter broke we sent it back to have it sent back "fixed" comes back worse than it was befoer panels cracked chain's hanging off now. Promised me a manger would call sat waiting all day. No call..asked for a refund and now no one is answering Please do not waste your time on this site!
