I found the prospect of purchasing a home on my own a daunting thought, but Rob made me feel at ease, explaining everything simply and responding quickly to any questions I had. He acted quickly and pushed the process along whenever he could, having found me a good mortgage deal for my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a competitive mortgage, with excellent service.

My Wife and I were really impressed with the service offered by the Mortgage Yard. From Day 1 (working through borrowing possibilities with Kate) through to mortgage offer and associated advice (with Rob) we felt as though we were getting not only great advice but equally our situation mattered to the team. Due to the nature of the property market we faced various issues but perhaps most importantly at no point were these issues associated with getting a great mortgage deal. In my opinion thats down to the Mortgage Yard team. Despite our numerous queries, replies were always quick and well thought out. Overall a great experience and we would not only use the team again but would highly recommend Mortgage Yard to anyone! Definitely 5/5
