        The team at Home Instead were fantastic when looking after my nan who started developing signs of dementia. They really understood her needs and let her keep her independence for as long as possible. It was nice seeing her being looked after considering I live so far away.

        The moment I walked into the Basingstoke office I knew I was in great hands and wanted to part of the team. Good theory training and preparation before shadowing experienced carers on visits.. Fantastic support from all the coordinators, and encouraging feedback given. Regular notes to carers given to ensure we are giving only excellence. Flowing supply of PPE and of best quality for senior care work. Excellent communication between all parties. Everyone Ive met from Home Instead shows huge kindness, warmth, and commitment. The training programmes on offer are inspiring and encouraged to ensure only excellence is on offer.
