Hampshire stoves installed our wood burner a few years ago and do annual maintenance for us. They offer an excellent , professional service and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have dealt with Terry and his lovely wife Tracy for several years now with Terry installing stoves and then cleaning chimneys for us. Always get an excellent service from them and can happily recommend them to everyone.

I spoke to Tracy to arrange the installation of my log burner. The breast is boarded up, when I told her this she asked me to email pictures and info on the size, of which I did. She said she would arrange for someone to come Thursday to look at it. No one turned up. I called this morning to ask where the man was, she told me that this was never agreed and that I should take my business elsewhere. I was so shocked by her tone I questioned why she said this. She then hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked why you hung up on me, she said it isn't going to work and that I was calling her a liar. I confirmed that she had agreed to send someone here to take a look and no one turned up, apparently this was not the conversation we had. I'm completely baffled by all this. Absolutely awful service. Stay clear. They couldn't arganise a bun fight in a bakery. Sounds very unorganised and actually very rude. Go elsewhere please!
