Got time to delete one star reviews, but not enough time to respond to emails or phone calls, eh!
The only communication I have received from them after badgering them as to where my order is after it was ordered mid May is "we will be in touch when there's an update". That is NOT good enough. You're now a week late, you took the money the same day, at least have the decency to respond to emails.
If you cannot fulfil the orders, tell people! Extend the delivery times! Stop taking new orders, even! COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I'd be more patient if I had a clue as to when my order will come, or if your little ray of sunshine (sarcasm) who answers the sales line had ANY life or customer service training in her.
I may edit this review if by some amazing miracle I actually ever receive my items, but as it stands now I'm very, very close to claiming my money back via my credit card company.
EDIT : it's now two days short of being three weeks overdue. They originally emailed me after my first cancellation request to say I'll receive a despatch notification within ten days and SHOCK, I haven't heard anything. That was nearly two weeks ago. Cancellation requested to them and also, another shocker, no acknowledgment. Looks like I'll be contacting the bank to retrieve the money back ASAP.
