        I went to see Jo after having 10 or so weeks of lower back pain. At times I was struggling to walk, drive etc. After 3 sessions with her over the space of 3 or so weeks, my back is so much better. I was given lifestyle advice, exercises to do and reassurance. A really friendly service, accommodating to working hours and highly knowledgable. Reasonable prices as well. Thank you so much!
