        Sadly we have been with this company for over a year. After pandemic they still want full payment for service wich never have been received. Trying to call them and solve the problem they refuse doing anything. Spoke with lady who called me to take a payment and I explained the situation and she promised to email me where I have to write complains and they are going to deal with them but she never emailed and now never answer the phone. Now they have send us in court. Please do not sign any contract with them. Is the worst company ever. Through this hard times all of companies and suppliers have been understanding and helpful except Initial. Such a shame. Never will be using Initial and never will suggest anyone else to use them services. They dont answer the phone and keep sending letters. No customer service at all. As soon you will sign contract you will receive only bills and if there are going to have any problem you can not contact them. I can see my complaint is not only one, please be careful and NEver use Initial.
