Weve been involved with ALRO for some 2 years. Firstly, ALRO 2002 Ltd - the consultancy - provided help and advice and a written report on a neighbours failed septic tank soakaway that was on our land. More recently ALRO Services Ltd installed a new sewage treatment plant (STP) for us with a particularly long and demanding outfall pipe. All ALRO staff that we came in contact with were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and supportive. In particular Robin Weiss - one of the Directors was particularly helpful to us over a prolonged period. He is a most knowledgeable and helpful person who supported us through a difficult legal battle with our errant neighbour. Similarly Derek Bright and his team, who installed the STP, were communicative, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They all did a great job - both starting and finishing the work as they predicted and left the site in a well ordered and clean condition. The team of installers worked very hard - coming in early in the morning, every day, and working a very full day. We thoroughly recommend ALRO to anyone who is in need of sewage and waste water engineers they are simply superb.

Promised a visit on 'Friday or over the weekend'. A different company gave us an extortionate quote so we contacted alro with the details and they gave us a far more realistic quote. We explained that the tank was empty so we needed the job done quickly. We were promised a call-back to tell us when they would do the work. We heard nothing all weekend and rang them on Monday to be told the engineer we spoke to had not pencilled us in, & was on holiday. Those with a contract would take precedence over us and it would be at least 8 days before they could come, necessitating another 200 tank empty, and that could be pushed back if more contract customers wanted them! Seriously unhappy at the attitude here. We now have to start again! If you don't have a contract, don't even think about using this company, as they are simply not interested!

Alto Services have been maintaining our bore hole water filtration system for a number of years before we purchased our property so it seemed sensible to engage them to continue. Dom was deployed to carry out a full service and I watched his confident skills put to the test. I must say how impressed I was with the job he has done. We could immediately tast the difference in the water quality. We received the invoice today and I am very pleased with the reasonable charges you have made and lastly thank you for all the expert advice you gave me. Thank you Dom and all those at Alro Services. I look forward to your next yearly visit.

Excellent service from ALRO. Very professional from initial enquiry through to final commissioning. Installation was quick and neat; site was left clean and tidy. I can't fault the team that worked on my sewage treatment plant. I can highly recommend ALRO.

We could not be happier with the work undertaken by Alro Services, they managed our entire project from start to finish, liaising with all necessary parties and agencies. They completely took the weight off our shoulders and took care of everything. The standard of work was exceptional, and they are an extremely professional and helpful company. I highly recommend!
