Amazing service from Joanne- after suffering from something i could have sorted 2 months ago, she investigated, cut and extracted and made sure I didn't leave without it being sorted. All for the price of an hour's appointment. And now a week later, I'm running around as if nothing ever happened. Worth her weight in gold that one! 7 months (at least) later. I've been back a couple of times because the nail insisted on being a nuisance (nothing to do with Joanne's excellent service) and each time she has guided me- what to get/do to stop my issue reoccurring. She didn't need to (doing herself out of further business). With her excellent advice and my braveness (god its really scary when you don't know what you are doing!) I think I may have saved myself from surgery to remove the nail (or at least a good chunk of it). That I think is utterly amazing. We love Joanne!! Many months later now, on the advice of Joanne, I purchased a specialist tool and (crossing fingers) my nuisance nail is back to normal. Got to love professional people who can teach you how to look after yourself, at the presumed detriment to their business.
