John was very professional in his approach and offered local information about the area. He also informed us about the market conditions. Viewing was conducting in a casual and relaxed atmosphere with details of the property known and relayed in an easy manner. I would be happy if I needed John to sell my property to impart his knowledge of both the property and the area. Although we decided against persuing the property he took us to view, we would definitely recommend his services.

We have recently purchased a property where Millers of Okehampton were the estate agents representing the sellers. We found them to be very approachable, professional, informative and kept us in the loop all the way through the buying process. John was always on the end of the phone if we had any questions and happy to meet us more than once at the property. He was the person in contact with both solicitors and tried to progress the sale for the benefit of all concerned. We would strongly recommend Millers of Okehampton.

House is lovely and offers what we need. Only consideration for us was garden was smaller than would have liked. We understand vendors have an offer accepted and as our house is not yet sold we are not in a position to offer anything as yet. Should the offer fall through we may be in a better position ourselves.
