If my call is so very important to you. Why keep me waiting on the phone for half an hour before answering the phone. I understand you have other calls but that means you need more staff to answer.

Excellent experience over the past couple of years. Online service is fine, resulting in a phone call within a couple of hours. Same day appointments with paramedic clinic, or doctor when needed, to see my little boy. Paramedic clinic is a great service, thank you.

I can only speak about the senior partner here. Dr Timothy Watson. Arrogant, condescending, rude, aggressive, shady, deceitful are all words that can be associated with this individual. The man should not be in a public facing role. (in response to your email, there was no abuse to your staff, only abuse from you Tim... Absolutely shameful and you know it!) do you really want me to go into details on here !?)

Klinik is an obstacle to access not a point of access. And not available today anyhow. Phone signal poor no access, no email access that's 3 strikes no access. 21st century service?
