        Emailed Tim enquiring about getting my gravel bike back on the road, just a general service and new brake pads. Took it in on the Saturday and had it back the same day. Lovely fella with a wealth of knowledge. Great to have a someone like Tim in Okehampton. Would recommend 100%.

        My partner and I were attempting LEJOG a while ago and stopped into Cycle Works for a coffee en route. Some ten miles later, we had a huge mechanical failure when the derailleur snapped off one of the bikes. By that time it was Sunday afternoon and the shop was shut, but Tim answered my call, drove to us, and somehow fashioned a solution using an old washer. It was impressive craftsmanship, and without his kindness our adventure would have been cut very short. Could not recommend Cycle Works highly enough - good people delivering excellent service. Apologies for the delayed review, Tim, and thank you again!

        Amazing guy. Helped out with both some spares bolts without question and when I asked what he wanted he said not to worry. I felt I had to buy a couple of cakes to say thank you and they were were just glorious.
