Went to Boots Okehampton to get some over the counter medicine. 4 people working there but apparently only one capable of actually serving customers. So whilst there were 5 people waiting it required four staff members to handle one prescription. When it came to serving me the lady rang through the wrong product and had to call over another staff member who miraculously was able to serve me! I guess when you're pretty much the only option in Okehampton these days, customer service isn't very high on your list of priorities.
