Not a good customer service experience. It took the lady 1 hour and 20 minutes to do what should have been a simple money transfer from our accounts but she still found the need to try and up sell their investment services! I paid a 30.00 CHAPS fee for same day money transfer and the money didn't arrive in my other account on the same day!! Overall, a very poor customer service experience down to unfriendly and incompetent staff with extremely slow IT / computer issues.
