If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered an item on the 9th Jan, paid for delivery, its now the 26th Jan and still nothing has turned up. Customer service is dire, advised a week ago it will be shipped "express" with DHL, still nothing. Thankfully, the item cost was low, but ultimately, it's theft on Forthglades behalf. Spend your money else where! We have used forthglades food for a while now from a local pet store, but dealing directly with them is not worth the hassle. One lost customer.

Food is good quality & my dogs are thriving on it but Forthglade really need to sort out their logistics & customer service. For the price paid the service should be much better. I am a subscription customer so my order is pre-planned. If my subscription is set for a certain date that is when I expect it to be shipped. I do not expect payment to be taken & the order shipped several days later. Contacting customer services just prompts an auto reply saying it may take 7 days to respond. Due to uncertainty over when/if this months supply would arrive I ended up buying emergency supply from Amazon who delivered next day and at a cheaper price than buying direct on subscription. Really not good enough.
