If we have any questions about the insurance, or about meeting the regulatory requirements about insurance in our profession (Chartered Surveyors) they know the answers and provide us with a high level of confidence. On one occasion when we were faced with a spurious claim they provided very professional support to help us successfully defend our position. Highly recommended.
