        I booked A1 Chimney Sweep & Maintenance to fix a problem with my chimney cowl for the 9th January, as they were highly recommended by a friend. I waited in all day and no-one showed up. No text or call to let me know they couldn't make it, nothing at all. I text the next morning asking if they could make another date and was completely ignored. Sent another text a week later and again, ignored. Phoned them to find out what was going on and was promised they would be there the next day. Again they failed to show up, and again no text or call to let me know they couldn't make it. Absolute joke! 2 wasted days and not even the courtesy to apologise and rebook. Unprofessional and rude. I will be avoiding this company in the future. Service: Rain cap installation
