Welcomed with drinks, delicious home reared pork sausages in brioche rolls. We were in great hands with Ian, he was a great host, really good instructor, very passionate and enthusiastic, he brought out the family rivalry with a competition shoot, a great laugh.
What a fantastic venue, beautiful landscaped views, would defiantly book another activity. So nice to relax after, with a few beers by the lake. An excellent afternoon!
