Not a bad finish to the work that was done (gutterinf and fasciae) but having reported a problem back in February this year Im still waiting for them to come out and rectify it despite being told several times theyd be out in the next few days. Poor after sales service!!! Service: Installation

What an absolute pleasure to work with John and his team at County Cladding (thank you Ben, Carl and Neil!). The highest quality, stylish UPVC windows (that look like real wood).the most impeccable customer service AND the lowest price? I can have ALL of those things?! Yes, evidently, I can; I am still reeling from that fact. I can honestly say, it has been nothing short of amazing and I am extremely grateful to County Cladding that this (big) project was handled so efficiently and professionally right from start to finish. We needed to replace every inch of wood on my Mums house. All the fascia (and guttering), doors and windows had rotted away. County Cladding were recommended to me by a roofer on a list of Age UK Trusted Traders. John was the first person I asked to quote. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and reassurance that he would handle every aspect of the ordering and scheduling himself (not me being passed about from sales rep to designer to someone I did not know). County Cladding own a manufacturing arm so have no supply chain issues (tick); I was not required to pay extra for scaffolding (tick) or have the worry that it would be left up overnight at my Mums house (double tick). John personally responded to every message, call, question and text (I had a lot!) and I felt totally reassured that should there be any problems up ahead he was the kind of person that would resolve them promptly and without issue. And all this before I even got the quote. Naturally, I did the common sense thing and got two further local suppliers to give me a price aswell. But County Cladding had come in with the lowest price, fixed scheduling AND an inclusive price for the front door, leaving Mum to have a field day picking the style, colour, door furniture of her dreams. The quality of the windows they have installed still astonishes me. Mum says passers by stop to comment on how good it looks. Having resisted UPVC for years (she likes wood) she says she honestly cannot tell the different. We had Rosewood on the outside and a white finish inside. The attention to detail and silicone finishing is beautiful. This is due to Carls fastidious approach and re-doing anything he considered to be less than perfect. Ben was amazing at managing customer expectations (Mum had ideas of which windows she wanted done when) balanced alongside doing the job properly. It takes real skill and empathy to keep an anxious customer happy (she is 83) and pull off perfection. The fascia was up within 3 days. The windows and doors in 5 days with Neil popping back to finish off a day or two after. Like all building/house projects we hit an issue or two (you absolutely expect this) but the SPEED at which those things minor things were resolved was truly impressive. Thats my benchmark (and County Claddings) - a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction as fast as that is possible to achieve. Id say that was worth paying extra for but I didnt have to!! And they tidy up as in proper tidy up. We ran the vacuum over once, it was like theyd never been in the house. Would I recommend them? Without question. Would I employ them again? Im absolutely going to for my own house. It would be madness to try and replicate the value, service and professionalism weve received because I genuinely dont think you could. Truly grateful for making this easy on my Mum and kind on my wallet. Six stars all round! Services: Home renovations, Installation
