        Saw GP for my 12 month son at beginning of week said it was just a virus. He got worse so called again. Said they'd call back. Called my partner. Gave them my number, called her again and claimed they did not have number. I phoned, explained situation to which the receptionist said "okay you do realise this is reception not the doctor" as if I was going to have the doctors number. All in all my son is currently in A&E thanks to the incompetence of all staff at this GP. Will definitely be moving my son to a better GP who have care for patients.

        Recently spoke with receptionist about some help I needed with medical records. Was very helpful and polite and got back to me within 15 minutes. Excellent service.

        I recently moved from another Surgery after 20 years and having lost faith gradually to Odiham and the difference is remarkable. Not all surgeries are the same! Given appointments and time and patience to speak with clear information and not rushed. Professional and efficient.
