Secondly - the day I visited, the merchant closed early. So although it says that it's open till 12:30 (I arrived 12:!5) this doesn't mean that you can BUY cheese till that time. Get there early.
Sadly, I didn't get to try any of the cheeses as the stall was packing up for the day but what I saw looked good. A wasted 20min drive. But luckily, the Pickled Pepper Deli on the high street has a lovely selection of cheeses and they are open all day.
