I would highly recommend Katie, her help and guidance has been invaluable in helping my ongoing problems and symptoms. I recommend Katie wholeheartedly. She rapidly diagnosed the digestive problem I'd been struggling with for 5 months when GP unable to help. She started me immediately on specified strains of probiotics, and a nutrition programme. She has up to date and extensive knowledge, and a very pleasant and sympathetic manner. I was able to message her with questions as much as I needed to, and felt 'looked after' in every way. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Katie's treatment programme and advice has changed my life.

Would highly recommend Katie. I was referred to her by a consultant specialist and she has really helped me with various issues. Particularly liked her evidence based approach, she clearly keeps up to date with current research and can always explain why a particular solution would work, as well as offering alternatives to fit individual circumstances. Communication was always great.
