Lovely place working farm, staff lovely and freindly. Our fur Babies loved it too. Quiet lovely surroundings n walk for the fur babies. Breakfast lovely plenty of it you choose n order what you want on a menu and leave it at reception, they will even change it if you want something less filling the nxt morning. Definitely booking again in better weather as have outdoor pool in good weather. Good location for going to Manchester Liverpool and surrounding areas. Walkability: Lots of fab walks everywhere, but not ideal for people with poor mobility very rural, ideal for ramblers, but We still loved it as did the dogs.

Really awful with communication. I've been attempting contact in order to book the family room (which you can't do online for some reason), but no messages have been replied to and when i called i was promised a call back but I've heard nothing. I've actually stayed here once before and it was a wonderful experience, but I remember having trouble making contact then too. So very disappointed.
