They supplied coaches to take children from Fairfield to London the second coach broke down twice leaving them stranded at Ross shocking that they would send 12 yr old clapped out buses to transport kids this is not our first experience of one of their coaches breaking down whilst transporting our child if the school books there second rate buses for next trip will not allow our child to go not giving them a third chance to mess up and leave kids stuck on one of their buses about time these and yeomans were made to update their fleet or stop providing bus services

There were individual aspects of the trip to Northern Ireland that were very good, but don't rely on the brochure for what will happen. We never got close to the Mountains of Mourne, the Londonderry walking tour disintegrated due to lack of content and the trip along the Antrim coast was non existence. The email I received in answer to my appraisal merely attempted to whitewash the complaints rather than deal with the issues.
