        ================================== ZERO STARS - TENANTS BEWARE ================================== If you're happy with an agency that does not fix any of the issues you have at your property, rude to you at every occasion and keep your deposit by proving you with an unrealistic list of made up prices for items what they should have fixed in the first place - then go ahead and regret it afterwards. My boyfriend had to resolve the issue through legal means. They will try it on and so make sure to involve your lawyer as soon as you can. I'm sure the agency will try to deny this in the reply by saying that this is untrue.
