As i am a lucky to had an opportunity to work in this place with this fantastic team.I have learnt a real passion , how to work for elderly people It seems to me I am a beginner in this filed though I am working more than 2 years in this field comparing with the care assistant act like feeding, caring ,always keep on touch with resident I could say every single minutes at least you can see someone is looking after around nocking the door ,having fun, asking their health condition trying to feed something like your own home the way we care our loved one at home literally because of that, the Home Manager always keep enough Care Assistant Team Member to look after their resident.There is a nice Kitchen and a very nice gentle and humble chef where you can have a nice treat by the home made freshly food always .This lady is ready to help either for you or any resident of care home .Chef look after all residents like her own family member for example before any serving time she always ask to do double check about the resident choice very carefully as they can enjoy their food .The Home Manager Miss Kareen is a very keen gentle and humble lady .She knows how to lead the people with the well manner and respect. I always remember her behave in my life the way she treat us in short time.Mrs Kareen looks very simple from her behave however ,she is a real leader of the leaders she knows where need to put what even in any pressure she looks always charming and kind with people.The Home Manager work with the all stuffs like a normal care home member.There is always nurses are available where they are ready to serve at all times. All the member of stuffs are amazing i was feeling it is just like I am working in my own family.I have studied whenever i was in year in year 10 in my school life which is Night Angle Care how the caring people in their work place to be honest I realised they are is most of them like that Nighlt Angle Care Team .The team is working in this place it is like they are working for their loved family member which is very noticeable i did not see even very branded care home in UK. Considering my all understanding i could give them more than 5 reviews If there was. Thank you very much again to all in Sutton Lodge Care Home Team Member.

My father had a terrible time in this place, there are not enough staff to provide the care that is required, particularly at peak times, i.e. morning and evening. When he was fed he was rushed, he wasn't offered enough to drink, even though they knew he couldn't hold a glass or cup himself. He was left on the commode for long periods of time and his call bell was left out of reach so he couldn't call for help if needed. When I enquired why he didn't have his face and hands washed and teeth brushed in the evening I was told it would be put on his care plan, even though this is basic care that everyone should have! Poor care from a majority of staff who just didn't seem interested.
